Josh and Julie Niland to open Petermen on Sydney’s North Shore

The force behind Saint Peter, Fish Butchery and Charcoal Fish Josh and Julie Niland have confirmed they will open a new Sydney restaurant early next year. Petermen will mark the fifth venue venue for the couple, who will also relocate their first restaurant Saint Peter to the Grand National Hotel in Paddington in the second quarter of 2023. The project will cover a 45-seat dining room along with an accommodation offering and bar.
