The much-loved hot chicken brand is set to launch a new home in Bondi Beach this October.

The diner and bar will be housed in the former Fonda Mexican space located at 85 Hall Street, Bondi Beach.

Guests can expect Belles cult-favourite fried chicken paired with a impressive drinks offering including natural wines and local beers.

The venue’s look will take inspiration from American beachside diners of the 1970s and is expected to continue the brand’s fun, party-like vibe.

The design for the venue is being spearheaded by Belles Design Director Vicki Punch, Ewert Leaf’s Ana Calic and Josh McLean, and Projects of Imagination’s Nick Cox.

“Comfort food, great booze and tunes just metres Australia’s most iconic beach –a match made in heaven” says Managing Director of Belles Hot Chicken Joss-Jenner Leuthart.

“Belles is a place to kick back, dig in, get messy or just chill – and Bondi Beach always felt like a natural fit.”

The opening comes after Belles Hot Chicken’s flagship venue launched in Sydney’s Circular Quay earlier this year.

The CBD venue was the brand’s first restaurant-style venue combining the feel of a dedicated chicken joint with a local diner offering.
