Beckford Group to launch Bramley Cabin at The Bath Arms

The addition of the cabin will offer guests of the inn as well as members of the public an immersive spa experience just a short walk from the rooms

Beckford Group is launching Bramley Cabin on 1 December, the first of the group’s country inns to offer a spa experience.

Bramley has been a sister business to the Beckford Group since its launch and was originally created for the group’s first inn, The Beckford Arms.

Founded by Chloë Luxton, Bramley has produced a sustainable range of bath and body products inspired by the countryside since 2009; however, this year marks a new chapter for the brand as they launch Bramley Skin – a 22-piece range of sustainably sourced, skin-kind, and cruelty-free products, manufactured in small batches in Somerset.

Launching next month at The Bath Arms in Wiltshire is their very first, custom-made treatment cabin, which has been tucked away in a secluded spot in the gardens of the pub.

The addition of the cabin will offer guests of the inn as well as members of the public an immersive spa experience just a short walk from the rooms. The treatments will initially be bookable on a Friday and Saturday each week with a view to increasing availability in the new year.

The Bath Arms was originally established in 1736 and sits in the middle of the village of Horningsham, close to the Longleat Estate, and a short drive from Frome and Bath. The inn has sixteen bedrooms, a dining room and bar and serves a seasonal menu.

Luxton, founder and creative director, Bramley, said: “We’ve created these treatments to leave you feeling relaxed, rested, and restored – as if you’ve just immersed yourself in the beautiful British countryside.

“By blending Bramley’s unique apple formula, along with the very best essential oils, and the highest quality of sustainably sourced natural science-backed ingredients, we aim to deliver long-lasting results and support the skin naturally.”

Dan Brod, fo-founder, Beckford Group, added: “At Beckford, we are always looking to add to our guests’ experience and, in these tough economic times we are also looking for quality alternative revenue sources.

“At Bramley we have developed a complete mini spa experience, from portable cabins to the luxury natural skin care products themselves, all manufactured within half an hour of the Bath Arms. Being able to try this all out at our own pub is a perfect first step for Bramley and for Beckford.”
