The Roman-inspired Rina’s Bar has popped up at Sydney’s Paddo Inn for a one-month residency starting later this month.

Starting on 20 September, the pop-up will run until 14 October and will be on from 5pm Monday to Saturday at the Paddo Inn.

Rina’s Bar takes cues from local watering holes in Rome, with an array of cocktails alongside Italian wines and snacks.

The aperitivo list champions Campari, with highlights such as the Imperial Americano with house amber vermouth, mandarin, and yuzu plus the Campari Spritz Tropicale with pineapple Campari, prosecco, and soda.

The wine list is an exploration of Italian wines – think prosecco, Chianti, and Barolo.

Food-wise, guests can expect European snacks including Cantabrian anchovies with house-made focaccia, tuna carpaccio with fried capers, and salumi misti with parma prosciutto, mortadella, and fennel salami.

For the sweet-tooths, there’s also a Zabaglione Affagato with Rivareno Zabaglione Gelato plus a Grana Espresso with Nocello.

Rina’s Bar is at the Paddo Inn from 20 September to 14 October.
