Perth restaurant operators cop $27,900 in penalties

The former operators of The Emperor’s Court restaurant in Wembley, Perth, have been hit with a combined $27,930 in penalties for failing to back-pay a worker. Inn Collection Group unveils names for two Yorkshire sites

The Inn Collection Group has announced the names for its two new sites in Ripon and Harrogate in Yorkshire. The site in Ripon, formerly known as The Ripon Spa hotel will be known as the Ripon Inn. The property was acquired by ICG in June 2021. The Ripon site has 43 bedrooms and has been closed to guests since July 2020. It is currently undergoing a construction programme which is seeing the hotel undergo extensive internal and external works.
