Port Lympne to launch new type of accommodation with Lookout Bubble

The latest addition offers a unique opportunity to be at one with the sounds of safari for the wild at heart, nestled deep in the countryside for nature lovers and sleep under the stars for stargazers, all bubble-wrapped in blissful luxury

Port Lympne Reserve in Kent, one of the UK’s most popular wild animal and short breaks destinations, is adding a new type of accommodation to its portfolio with the launch of the Lookout Bubble next month.

It said the latest addition “offers a unique opportunity to be at one with the sounds of safari for the wild at heart, nestled deep in the countryside for nature lovers and sleep under the stars for stargazers, all bubble-wrapped in blissful luxury”.

The Lookout Bubble is a transparent dome that includes a freestanding bath and king-size bed.

Guests will be able to have an included breakfast in the on-site Garden Room Restaurant, an en-suite wet room, a sleep kit and a welcome drink.

In addition, they will benefit from all the luxuries Port Lympne provides, such as 24-hour concierge, use of a private golf buggy as well as VIP out of hours access to the whole Reserve to browse at leisure and seats on Port Lympne’s truck safari.

The price for a one-night stay in the Lookout Bubble ranges from £439 – £999.

Port Lympne Hotel and Reserve is a breeding sanctuary for rare and endangered animals which aims, wherever possible, to send animals born there to protected areas of their natural habitat where they can live free.
