Remington promotes Keith Oltchick to CDO

Remington Hotels has elevated Keith Oltchick, its former EVP, business development, to chief development officer.

In this elevated role, he will lead the execution of the overall business development vision, strategy, plans and processes to increase revenue, expand markets and ensure Remington accomplishes financial objectives, according to the company.

Oltchick joined Remington in 2020 with more than 25 years of experience in the hospitality industry focused on acquiring and developing properties all over the U.S. and the Caribbean. He was promoted to EVP, business development in March 2022, His primary focus was to expand Remington’s third-party management platform by sourcing new management opportunities, acquiring hotels and leading the effort to develop new properties with our institutional partners.

Before joining Remington, Oltchick held similar acquisition and development roles with the Pyramid Hotel Group and Hersha Hospitality Trust. He started his hospitality career at Marriott International, where he held several positions in finance and feasibility. These roles focused on capital oversight for Marriott’s managed hotel portfolios, rolling out new brand initiatives and determining the feasibility of new hotels in the system.
