BOSTON—JLL’s Hotels & Hospitality Group announced that it arranged the sale of Bayside Resort Hotel, a 128-room hotel located on Cape Cod in West Yarmouth, Massachusetts.
JLL worked on behalf of the seller in the sale to Bayside Yarmouth LLC. The hotel will be managed by Jamsan Hotel Management.
Set on 3.95 acres, Bayside Resort Hotel features amenities including an indoor and outdoor pool, fitness center, family fun center, and over 2,300 square feet of meeting space.
The hotel is less than two miles east of Hyannis, 63 miles south of Boston, and 80 miles east of Providence, Rhode Island. West Yarmouth is one of the first stops on Cape Cod that travelers pass through when visiting the destination. West Yarmouth is a census-designated place (CDP) in the town of Yarmouth in Barnstable County, Massachusetts. It unites the three villages of West Yarmouth, Yarmouth Port, and South Yarmouth to form the second-oldest town on the Cape. It is a historical area with landmarks, museums, local restaurants, beaches, and family-friendly attractions.
The JLL Capital Markets Investment Sales and Advisory team was led by Managing Director Alan Suzuki, Senior Director Matthew Enright, and Analyst Emily Zhang.
