Leven reveals locations for lifestyle hotel expansion

According to the hotel brand, sites of interest include ‘iconic’ gateway cities and traveller favourites, locations with a strong food and cocktail culture

The Leven brand of hotels is eyeing a wish list of locations for the brand’s expansion, following the successful launch of its first lifestyle hotel in Manchester

The wish list includes a list of locations in the UK and Ireland, including London, Dublin, Birmingham, Oxford, Cambridge, Bristol, Glasgow, Liverpool and Brighton

According to the hotel brand, sites of interest include “iconic” gateway cities and traveller favourites, locations with a strong food and cocktail culture, creative hubs with “thriving” work-from-home communities, as well as city centres and peripheral neighbourhoods.

The wish list also includes locations in other parts of Europe, including Paris, Bordeaux, Nice and Montpellier in France; Stockholm, Copenhagen and Oslo in Scandinavia; Lisbon and Porto in Portugal; Rome, Milan, Bologna and Florence in Italy; Madrid, Barcelona and Valencia in Spain; Geneva and Zurich in Switzerland; Berlin, Munich, Hamburg and Frankfurt in Germany, and Budapest in Hungary. 

In addition, Leven hopes to have locations in the US in New York, Chicago, Downtown Los Angeles, DC, Detroit and Austin. 

Leven, which is a joint venture between Manchester entrepreneur brothers, Joshua and Ben Senior of Branco Capital, and Wellbrook Hospitality, plans to launch a series of Leven hotels with coworking, coliving and retail spaces.
