This historic Grade II listed hotel, located within the Snowdonia National Park, was constructed in 1802. 

It has 32 bedrooms, a dining room, a restaurant, a bar, and a function room.

It has now been acquired by Grant Kangley and family, associated with Your Travel Stop, who plan to renovate the property.

The latest deal comes shortly after Christie & Co concluded the sale of the St. Andrews Town Hotel in Droitwich Spa, Worcestershire. 

Last month, Christie & Co also placed South View Lodges, a resort in the Devonshire countryside, for sale.  

Andrew and Jill Taylor, the current owners, opted to sell the business as they redirect their attention to other pursuits.
