Windermere hotel wins top wedding venue award
A hotel on the shores of Windermere has been recognised for its outstanding service and facilities as a wedding venue.
Low Wood Bay Resort & Spa has won the Best Wedding Venue in Cumbria accolade in the County Brides North West Wedding Awards, thanks to the efforts of its wedding team Lucy Newton, Rachel Baines, Ewelina Jozwik and Demi Harris.
The annual awards are voted for by brides and grooms who have had outstanding experiences, paying distinct recognition to wedding suppliers across the North West who have demonstrably shown an ability to provide extra mile service.
Rachel, who is involved with the wedding team at both Low Wood Bay and The Wild Boar Inn, says: “We’ve had some heart-warming feedback from couples who have chosen to tie the knot with our wedding team at the helm.
