Forenom appoints chairman of the board: Joachim Hallengren

NORDICS: Forenom Group has appointed Joachim Hallengren as its new chairman of the board.

Hallengren originally joined the accommodation provider’s board of directors in 2017 to strengthen Forenom’s vision to become Northern Europe’s strongest corporate housing provider.

Five years and 4,000 serviced apartments later Forenom has taken huge steps and growth even with the adverse conditions caused by the corona pandemic.

All other members of the board will continue to work with Forenom, including previous chairman and CapMan’s managing partner Pia Kåll.

Joachim Hallengren has a background in real estate development with more than 25 years of experience. He led NCC Housing through the spin off from NCC and listing at Nasdaq Large Cap, Stockholm, becoming CEO of Bonava, a leading residential development company in Northern Europe. Today, Hallengren is an Industrial advisor and board professional with board assignments at Aspelin Ram, Caverion, Offside Press and Svevia.
