Merlin Entertainments to open £16.4m hotel at Warwick Castle

The hotel joins the existing accommodation at Warwick Castle, including Caesar’s Tower Suites, the Knight’s Village Woodland Lodges, and the Knight’s Village Medieval Glamping

Merlin Entertainments has announced that it is set to open a new medieval-themed hotel in Warwick Castle in July.

Warwick Castle has invested £16.4m into the hotel development, which will see its accommodation offering increased to accommodate over 300 overnight guests at any one time.

As part of the development, Merlin Entertainments will also plant 1,000 trees in the castle grounds.

Each room in the hotel gives a nod to the Wars of the Roses, with rose motifs, chambers draped in rich coloured fabrics and featuring wooden beams and shields.
