The hospitality group behind Sydney venues Loulou Bistro, The Charles, and Poetica Bar + Grill are set to add to its growing portfolio with the launch of two venues in Sydney’s Martin Place.

The venues are slated to open later this year and are part of the Sydney Martin Place Metro dining and retail precinct by Macquarie Group.

Martin 21 is an all-day restaurant and bar which will serve a Mediterranean-style menu for both lunch and dinner.

The 130-seat venue will cover two levels and overlook Elizabeth Street.

The second venue Marty’s will be located next door and serve breakfast and lunch alongside drinks for both dine-in or takeaway.

“We’re thrilled to be a part of 1 Elizabeth, Martin Place – in an area set to be one of the Sydney CBD’s most exciting and vibrant dining precincts,” says Etymon Projects CEO Lisa Hobbs.

“We can’t wait to bring our talented team’s world class hospitality to this part of the CBD, which will be a hive of activity once the new Martin Place Metro and the 1 Elizabeth precinct retailers open.”

Martin 21 and Marty’s join Etymon Project’s string of openings slated for 2024 following the announcement of three venues as part of a North Sydney hospitality precinct.

Martin 21 and Marty’s are both slated to open in spring at 1 Elizabeth Street, Sydney.
