Morgan Hipworth’s much-loved artisan bakehouse is opening its second location in Fitzroy this Saturday.
To mark the occasion, the store will be adding the first 300 customers through the door to a ticketing system to receive a free signature donut.
It’s the second location for Bistro Morgan, following its flagship bakehouse which opened in Windsor in 2017.
“The Fitzroy store is more than a location; it’s a sentiment. It’s a fresh chapter in the Bistro Morgan journey, one where every corner, every product, and every interaction tells a story,” says Founder Morgan Hipworth.
“We’re not just opening a store; we’re weaving a new tapestry in the heart of Fitzroy.”
Bistro Morgan’s renowned glazed doughnuts will of course be the star attraction, but diners can also expect freshly baked scrolls and cookies.
The menu will also feature a range of house-made toasties, milkshakes, and a curated offering of coffee.
The Fitzroy venue will feature a similar set-up to its flagship Windsor sibling, with its core take-away menu alongside an intimate 15-seat dine-in offering.
Studio Esteta is behind the venue’s design which boasts a modern vibe with warming timber and stone furnishings.
Bistro Morgan Fitzroy opens this Saturday and is located at 400 Brunswick Street, Fitzroy.
