The Filipino-fusion burger joint has expanded to Newcastle with a new location at Westfield Kotara Shopping Centre.

The new spot serves all the dishes the brand is known for with a blend of American burger classics with hints of Filipino flavours and ingredients.

Diners can expect gourmet burgers, loaded fries, crispy chicken, milkshakes, and Burger Point’s signature melted cheese to dip with burgers, chips, or chicken.

Some of the highlights across the menu include the brand’s signature Marvin Glaze burger with doughnut-glazed bun and double patty plus the BP’s Filo-style crispy chicken with gravy and sweet spaghetti.

There’s also desserts with the Halo-Halo which combines ube ice-cream with fruit jellies and leche flan.

To celebrate the opening, Burger Point Kotara will be giving away 150 free burgers this weekend.

Burger Point was established in 2016 with its first eatery in Sydney’s Marsden Park, before opening locations in Wentworth Park, Circular Quay, Norwest, Eastern Creek, Penrith, and Edmondson Park.

Burger Point is now open and is located at Westfield Kotara Shopping Centre, Shop 3016, Northcott Drive, Kotara.
