Michael and Zara Madrusan’s RTD cocktail brand The Everleigh Bottling Co. has officially joined Proof & Company’s portfolio.
The Melbourne-based hospitality figures (The Everleigh, Bar Margaux, Navy Strength Ice Co) launched the business back in 2015, and were one of the first to bottle bar-quality cocktails for at-home consumption.
Now, the company’s signature range of drinks are part of Proof & Company’s portfolio which includes brands such as Never Never Distilling Co gin, Arquitecto tequila, and Sullivans Cove whisky.
“It was very important for us to work with a partner who has a deep connection with the drinks and hospitality industry,” said Zara and Michael.
Cocktails including an Americano, Manhattan, Negroni, Fruit Cup, French 75, and more are now available via Proof & Company, with Australian General Manager Damian Kaehler excited for what’s to come.
“Michael and Zara are passionate individuals and have made significant impact in our industry,” he says.
“They have successfully curated an extraordinary suite of brands that brings the bar to your home.

The Everleigh’s range will also continue to develop, with a Venetian spritz launching soon.
