Malmaison and Hotel du Vin appoint new F&B director

Having curated Malmaison’s bar strategy in recent years whilst acting as general manager, Robson has also played an active role in driving wider food and drink strategies across both groups

Hotel brands Malmaison and Hotel du Vin have announced the appointment of Craig Robson to the role of Food and Beverage director.
