Dean Hotel Group acquires Dublin’s Clarence Hotel
The loan will allow the hotel group, which has owned the leasehold on the property since 2019, to acquire the freehold and add an additional 43 rooms
The Dean Hotel Group has acquired the Clarence Hotel, a historic four-star hotel in Dublin’s city centre that was previously owned by members of the rock band U2, after it agreed a €43m (£37m) loan with Leumi UK.
